  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at returns@goldpot.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for reverse pickup (if applicable).
  • In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product.

 

3. Conditions for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size adjustments or replacements.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the desired product.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be completed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account.
